EMISHIELD is an EMI recovery support application designed to help financial institutions and their authorized teams manage EMI recovery activities. The App helps verify customer information, manage recovery records, track payment status, verify addresses, and support recovery operations.

The App does not provide loans, financial advice, or payment processing services.

2. Who Can Use the App

You may use EMISHIELD only if:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal right to use the App.
• You provide accurate and complete information.
• You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you are using the App on behalf of a company or financial institution, you confirm that you have permission to do so.

3. User Account
